Starting the Return Process
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and with packaging/labels in their original condition.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted: Send the goods directly to our address, listed below (not to a pickup point). Attach a paper inside the package with the order number, and the items you wish returned/exchanged.

Return Instructions
Please package the product securely to prevent damage during return shipping. Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility, unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.
The customer is responsible for keeping the return receipt and tracking information as proof of return. We strongly urge you to keep your proof of return until your return has been received and processed by us.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product reaches us.Β BAC 3D ApS is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipping.Β Any issues with a lost or damaged return must be handled strictly between the customer and the shipping carrier used for the return.

Uncollected Packages
If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, we will refund the purchase price of the item, excluding the original shipping costs, as these costs have already been incurred.
If you still wish to receive the item, you must place a new order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made goods, not custom axle sliders but special on request orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items bought with a coupon code or return on gift cards.
Returns on orders purchased with gift cards will be refunded as store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days upon receiving, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youβll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
