These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BAC 3D’s Website, located at bac3d.dk.

 

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use BAC 3D if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

 

Return policy

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at info@bac3d.dk
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for personalised items and custom-made items, which we can not resell.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item.

Right of complaint

You get 2 years right of complaint by law. Our right of complaint involves defects in material and/or fabrication. You can get the goods repaired, exchanged, returned or get a discount, depending on the individual situation. The right of complaint does NOT affect defects or damages made by the cause of wrong handling/fitting of the product. You need to complain in a fair amount of time from discovering the defects, and BAC 3D will cover your return cost in a fair gauge.

We do not accept deliveries paid by cash on delivery.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email info@bac3d.dk within 14 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping
After you’ve submitted a return request to info@bac3d.dk, we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

We employ the use of cookies. By accessing BAC 3D, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with the BAC 3D’s Privacy Policy.
